DOC 24 Enterprises, LLC ("DOC 24 Enterprises," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website, our client workspaces, the DOC 24 RCM revenue cycle platform and the DOC Fit OS mobile application (together, the "Services"). This policy applies to visitors, to people who contact us, and to clients of our advisory practice.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Inquiries. When you use a contact or CFO inquiry form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company and whatever context you choose to share, such as your priorities, timing, accounting system or revenue range.
- Client workspace information. If you become a client, we receive account details and the business information shared in the engagement, which may include financial records and other confidential business information.
- DOC Fit OS account and fitness information that you choose to enter in the app, such as workouts, body metrics, goals and notes.
Information collected automatically
- Device and log data, such as IP address, browser type, operating system and approximate location derived from IP, used to keep the Services reliable and secure.
- Website analytics and advertising measurement, described in section 3.
Information from third parties
- Apple HealthKit data, if you choose to connect DOC Fit OS to Apple Health. This data stays on your device unless you explicitly opt in to sync it. We do not sell or share HealthKit data, and we use it only to provide features you have enabled.
- Authentication providers, if you sign in through Apple or another identity provider. We receive a unique identifier and the information you authorize.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and deliver advisory work you engage us for.
- To provide, maintain, secure and improve the Services.
- To understand how visitors use this website and to measure the results of our advertising.
- To communicate with you about your account, support requests or material changes.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use client engagement data, PHI or HealthKit data for analytics or advertising.
3. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our public website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, and Google Ads tags to measure whether our advertising leads to inquiries. These tools may set cookies or use similar technologies, and Google may collect information such as pages visited, approximate location, device type and referring site.
- We do not send names, email addresses, company names, message text or financial details from our forms to these tools. We only record that an inquiry was sent and the general service it relates to.
- These tools are not loaded in our private client workspaces.
- Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before these cookies are used. Elsewhere, you can decline at any time.
- You can change your choice using the Privacy choices link at the bottom of every page, block cookies in your browser, or use Google's opt-out tools. You can learn how Google uses information at policies.google.com.
Essential storage, such as remembering your cookie choice or keeping you signed in to a workspace, is used only to make the Services work.
4. Service providers
We use a small number of providers to operate the Services. We share information with them only as needed to deliver the Services.
- Vercel: website hosting and content delivery.
- Supabase: database, authentication and storage for client workspaces, CFO inquiries and DOC Fit OS accounts.
- Resend and other email infrastructure: delivering inquiry notifications, confirmations and support replies.
- Google: website analytics and advertising measurement, as described above.
- Healthcare data vendors: for DOC 24 RCM, hosting and claims connectivity vendors, each bound by a Business Associate Agreement where they handle PHI.
- Apple: App Store distribution, in-app purchases and, with your consent, HealthKit integration for DOC Fit OS.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up. Advisory engagement records are retained in line with applicable financial and tax recordkeeping requirements. DOC Fit OS account data is retained while your account is active; if you delete your account, we delete or anonymize the associated data within 30 days, subject to limited backups that expire on a rolling schedule.
6. Your rights and choices
- Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: ask us to update inaccurate information.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your personal information, subject to limited legal exceptions.
- Portability: request a copy of your data in a portable format where applicable.
- Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time. For cookies, use Privacy choices. For HealthKit data, revoke access in your device settings.
- Account deletion (DOC Fit OS): delete your account in the app or by emailing us.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@doc24enterprises.com. We respond within a reasonable time and may verify your identity first.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege access among our providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.
8. Children's privacy
The Services are intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will promptly delete it.
9. International users
DOC 24 Enterprises is based in the United States. If you use the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws from your country.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate.
