We respect your privacy and are committed to handling personal information responsibly. This policy applies to all users of the Services and to clients of our financial advisory practice.

We collect information in the following ways:
Information you provide directly
- Contact details when you email us, request a consultation, or sign up for DOC Fit OS — such as name, email address, and any context you choose to share.
- Account information for DOC Fit OS, including credentials managed through our authentication provider.
- Health and fitness inputs that you voluntarily enter into DOC Fit OS — for example, workouts, body metrics, goals, and notes. You control what you enter.
- Engagement materials shared with us during an advisory engagement, which may include financial records or other confidential business information.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data such as pages viewed, time on page, and aggregate analytics from this website.
- Device and log data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, crash logs, and approximate location derived from IP — used to keep the Services reliable and secure.
- Cookies and similar technologies for essential session functionality. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Information from third parties
- Apple HealthKit data, if you choose to connect DOC Fit OS to Apple Health. This data stays on your device unless you explicitly opt in to sync it. We do not sell or share HealthKit data, and we use it only to provide features you have enabled.
- Authentication providers if you sign in via Apple or another identity provider, in which case we receive a unique identifier and the information you authorize.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To respond to inquiries and deliver advisory work you have engaged us for.
- To diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and keep the Services secure.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
- To communicate with you about your account, support requests, or material changes to the Services.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your personal information, including HealthKit data, for advertising.
3. Third-party services
We use a small number of carefully chosen vendors to operate the Services. Each is bound by their own privacy policy and, where applicable, a data processing agreement with us.
- Supabase — database, authentication, and storage for DOC Fit OS account data.
- Vercel — hosting and content delivery for our web properties.
- Apple — App Store distribution, in-app purchases, and (with your consent) HealthKit integration.
- Email infrastructure — to send transactional messages and respond to support requests.
We share information with these providers only as necessary to deliver the Services. We do not share personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it to provide the Services, meet our legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account data for DOC Fit OS is retained while your account is active; if you delete your account, we delete or anonymize the associated data within 30 days, subject to limited backups that expire on a rolling schedule. Advisory engagement records are retained in accordance with applicable financial and tax recordkeeping requirements.
5. Your rights and choices
- Access — you can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — you can ask us to update inaccurate information.
- Deletion — you can request that we delete your personal information, subject to limited legal exceptions.
- Portability — you can request a copy of your data in a portable format where applicable.
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. For HealthKit data, you can revoke access in your device settings, which immediately stops further reads.
- Account deletion (DOC Fit OS) — you can delete your DOC Fit OS account from within the app, or by emailing us. We will confirm deletion within a reasonable period.

6. Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information — including encryption in transit, access controls, and the principle of least privilege among our service providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
7. Children's privacy
The Services are intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
8. International users
DOC 24 Enterprises is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those of your country.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after the update means you accept the revised policy.
